Adult Outpatient Addiction Treatment
Wellness Resource Center in Boca Raton, Florida, is a leading provider of outpatient addiction treatment services for adults age 18 and older. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) are designed for people who are struggling with addictions to alcohol, opioids, stimulants, prescription drugs, and other substances. Most people who receive treatment enter our PHP first. Here, clients live in apartment-style housing on-site and participate in intensive therapies for up to six hours a day, seven days a week. This treatment program lasts a minimum of 28 days, but each person's length of stay depends on their individual needs. Clients can then transition to our IOP. At this level of care, clients continue to live on-site and participate in nine hours of therapy a week for four to six weeks. In our IOP, clients can search for employment while receiving ongoing therapy and comprehensive support. Treatment Approach

In our PHP and IOP, clients who are struggling with addictions can participate in various modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), 12-Step programming, psychodrama, and art, music, and equine therapies. We believe that people are more likely to maintain their treatment progress when they are given opportunities to express themselves. Our multidisciplinary team includes certified addiction specialists, therapists, social workers, nurses, nutritionists, and psychiatrists. Wellness Resource Center serves adults throughout southeastern Florida who are struggling with substance use disorders. Our facility is conveniently located less than 40 minutes from Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, Florida. Our clinical offices and apartments are situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the ocean, and clients can enjoy our pool and spacious common areas when they are not in therapy. Our outpatient programming promotes independence and supports clients in achieving their recovery goals. Each client is assigned a primary therapist and can participate in individual, group, and experiential therapies throughout treatment. Daily group therapies cover important topics to support recovery, such as healthy coping skills, body image, relapse prevention strategies, and goal setting.
