Cross Keys Equine Therapy provides equine-assisted services to individuals, couples, families and groups, which is separated into Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (TF-EAP) and Trauma-Informed Equine Assisted Learning (TI-EAL). We help our clients take ownership of truths in their lives by allowing horses to teach them how to be authentic, and present; how to seek open and honest communication with others; and how to take care of themselves by giving and receiving trust and respect. Our TF-EAP sessions are facilitated by either a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a Supervisee in Social Work which ensures high-quality and ethical mental health services. These mental health professionals serve on a team with an equine professional and the horse.

HEAL provides equine facilitated psychotherapy services to Adults, Couples, Teens and Adolescents with a focus on active duty Military, Veterans, First Responders or their family members. We are able to accept non-Military clients on a case by case basis depending on our waitlist. Our clients have been impacted by their experiences while serving in the military or first responder communities to include Military Sexual Trauma. They are experiencing depression, anxiety and/or are diagnosed with PTS. Family life may be strained due to feeling disconnected from spouse/children/parent as a result of service related experiences and multiple deployments. Our clients are seeking relief from their symptoms and want to develop coping skills to better manage their emotions and self-soothe. They want to improve their relationships with friends and family and to enjoy a better connected family life.

Jackson-Feild Behavioral Health Services provides evidence-based intensive therapeutic treatment services for adolescents ages 11 to 17 who have experienced trauma, mental illness and other related issues during their young lives. Our multimodal, uniquely designed trauma focused cognitive behavioral treatment and additional evidence based trauma therapies are especially effective in helping children who have mental illness, personality disorders, emotional intensity disorders and behavioral issues and are victims of physical and/or sexual abuse, neglect and have poor familial relationships. Jackson-Feild is licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and the Virginia Department of Education. We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation.

New Hope Treatment Centers, is a nationally recognized behavioral healthcare provider. Our psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF), provides comprehensive residential treatment to youth ages 12 to 21. We serve young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 with immersive day and evening services that include clinical therapies, practical skill-building and community support. We specialize in treating substance use, trauma, anxiety and depressive disorders, eating disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders and supporting with executive function deficits. Personalized treatment plans scale from 3-30+ hours a week following expert assessment. Comprehensive care encompasses 1:1 therapy (licensed clinicians trained in over 11 clinical modalities including DBT, CBT, EMDR and Cognitive Remediation), individualized life skills coaching, group therapy, family therapy, nutritional support with registered dietitians, academic and vocational services, a unique community clubhouse experience with social activities and events as well as holistic health and wellness services (yoga, mindfulness, physical fitness). Supportive housing opportunities and partial residential support available.

The Center For Motivation and Change (“CMC”) is a unique outpatient private group practice with locations in NYC, Long Island, and DC. We are staffed by a team of experienced psychologists who are driven by an optimism about people’s capacity to change as well as a commitment to the science of change. Our clinicians are all deeply trained in research-supported therapies that target substance use/compulsive behaviors patterns as well the mental health issues that often accompany these problems such as Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)/complex trauma and anxiety/mood disorders.

Located near Asheville, North Carolina, Brevard is known as “The Land of Waterfalls,” boasting beautiful mountain views and a calm, healing atmosphere. Our two-story, women-only home features a grand, oversized front porch, welcoming common areas and comfortable bedrooms. In addition, outdoor space, including a fire pit, offers opportunities to enjoy the fresh air. Clients participating in our partial hospitalization program (PHP) may reside in condos adjacent to the Tapestry property.

Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment to create lasting change for men with gender specific treatment who are struggling with addiction or substance abuse by incorporating realistic spiritual living practices that can be carried on successfully for a lifetime of sobriety. Our treatment graduates will experience new daily living, full of renewed self-esteem, acceptance, reduced stress, less anxiety, and wonderful healing of trauma. Our individualized treatment plans use approaches proven to help clients learn to experience their emotions and develop the tools to recover from drug dependency. Following residential treatment at Augustine Recovery, clients have the option to live in our transitional sober living housing and participate in our community-based intensive outpatient treatment program.

The Spartan Veterans Program at Desert Winds Recovery Center provides an intimate treatment experience that supports Veterans whose lives have changed and become unmanageable due to substance use, post- traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our small 10-bed program allows our staff to put each Veteran at the center of his/her program with the understanding that they are the experts in their life's values, goals, and priorities.

Front Royal Treatment Center, a Pinnacle Treatment Centers facility, in Front Royal, Virginia, is an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with methadone and buprenorphine (Suboxone) to people struggling with opioid use disorder or addiction to opioids, heroin, synthetic opioids like fentanyl, and prescription painkillers oxycodone (OxyContin), hydrocodone (Vicodin), codeine, and morphine. Following a thorough clinical evaluation by professional addiction treatment experts, patients receive a personalized treatment plan that includes education classes on substance use disorders, psychoeducational programming, life skills training, trauma-informed care, and relapse prevention support. We aim to improve our patient’s lives and their relationships with their families through family counseling and family dynamics treatment.

Archstone Counseling & Treatment is a collection of therapists who share a similar vision of being trauma-focused and committed to providing quality groups and individual sessions to help clients with trauma, addictions and complex situations. Our main program is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorders. We offer EMDR, a specialized form of trauma therapy and neurofeedback (LENS) which we extend to our IOP clients at no extra charge to the client. Our IOP meets Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. We have an afternoon group that meets from 12 to 3 pm and an evening group that meets from 6 to 9 pm.

As a premier non-profit behavioral health system, our residential program for boys and girls, ages 6-17, treats a wide range of mental health disorders. We also offer a dual diagnosis program for co-occurring mental health illness and substance abuse. We are TRICARE-approved, with expertise and focused concentration is helping children from military families throughout the U.S. and overseas. Our 32-acre open college-like campus on the border of Norfolk and Virginia Beach, Virginia. In addition, The Barry Robinson offers an Intensive Outpatient program (IOP) for adolescents and young adults (18-24) with diagnoses including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and who use drugs or alcohol. This service is currently offered at our Norfolk location as well as through Telehealth communications. Intensive Outpatient program is not specific to only military families.
