When a client needs a more intensive therapeutic program than meeting once a week, Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) may be the answer. We keep our programs small to promote individual care. Our programs are written and directed by licensed specialists.

Music is our medicine at Recovery Unplugged, and we serve it up in heaping doses. All of our licensed therapists creatively blend clinically-proven methods of therapy with music to provide you with an effective, individualized, and unique rehab experience. Utilizing music in your care can act as a catalyst to gently break down barriers that you may have built up through years of addiction or alcoholism. Recovery Unplugged knows how to harness the healing power of music - our methodology has been proven to yield long-term recovery success rates 4x higher than the national average (Nova Southeastern University, 2018). You can be treated with us through a complete continuum of care including: Detox, Inpatient (Residential and Partial Hospitalization), Intensive Outpatient, and Transitional Living Programs. The Austin Center for Grief & Loss provides counseling services to individuals and families who have experienced grief or trauma due to the death of a loved one from illness, accident, suicide, or violence; along with those who have experienced loss due to divorce, separation, or postpartum depression. Austin Grief immediate action to broadly expand our mental health services via telehealth to meet the needs of people suffering extreme stress, anxiety, and other mental health impacts due to COVID and during this time of social unrest. People are experiencing loss of health, jobs, community, and sense of security. Austin Grief is here to meet those needs. Our professional counseling and therapy groups are provided by licensed therapists with highly-specific training in the areas of grief, loss, and trauma. We also provide on-going, donation-based peer support groups formed around specific types of loss (no ongoing fees to attend). Our agency strives to help anyone in need. We offer sliding scale fees and financial assistance for those who qualify.

Heights Treatment offers several levels of care to fit the needs of each individual in their recovery journey. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most intensive level of treatment with programming 5 days per week, approximately 6 hours per day. This outpatient option allows clients to benefit from a high level of clinical care and support with the luxury of living in their own home or sober living environment. Clients who seek a slightly less intensive level of care may choose our Intensive Oupatient Program (IOP), which is offered 3-5 days per week, for 3 hours per day. Just as in PHP, clients receive group therapy each day they attend treatment, with topics that range from DBT skills, healthy relationships, recovery skills, emotional, spiritual, and relational sobriety, and grief and loss. The least intense level of care offered at Heights Treatment is our Outpatient Program (OP). This program is designed for the client who is in need of additional support while they return to full-time work and/or daily living. Our Outpatient Program is then a great option for continuing care after the completion of IOP or PHP.

Next Step Behavioral Houston is a 24/7 residential treatment facility for Adults 18 and older with severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Our primary focus of care is mental illness. We provide short term (90 days or less) and long-term (life care) for our clients, which is based on their individual needs.
