Adult Inpatient Treatment
TrustPoint Hospital offers comprehensive inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older. Our hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, serves patients who have developed anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, and other behavioral health concerns. We have organized our inpatient program into several units, including an affective disorders unit, a co-occurring disorders unit, and a senior psychiatry unit for older adults who are struggling with dementia and other age-related conditions. This structure is one part of our efforts to ensure that each patient receives the focused care that can best address their unique needs. Additional features of inpatient care at our hospital include thorough intake assessments, personalized treatment plans, evidence-based services, and round-the-clock supervision, all provided by a team of dedicated professionals. Also, before a patient leaves our hospital, they receive a detailed discharge plan. These personalized plans identify the professional services and community-based resources that can help them maintain and build on the progress they make with us. Adolescent Inpatient Treatment
The adolescent inpatient unit at TrustPoint Hospital is designed for young people ages 10-17 who have been experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health disorders. All patients receive personalized, age-appropriate services provided by skilled professionals. Depending on an adolescent’s needs, their treatment may include basic medical care, medication management services, individual therapy, family therapy, multiple types of group therapy, and several experiential therapies. Group therapy sessions in our adolescent inpatient unit may address topics such as anger management, stress management, relationships, and healthy boundaries. Experiential therapies may include music, art, role-playing, and outdoor recreation. As is also the case with adults, adolescents who participate in inpatient treatment at our hospital receive customized discharge plans before they return home or step down to a lower level of care. Typical length of stay in our adolescent inpatient unit is seven to 14 days based on progress and continued need. Our Treatment Center
TrustPoint Hospital is a state-of-the-art treatment center where adolescents and adults can receive quality care in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. Our hospital was carefully designed to promote both clinical excellence and patient comfort.
