We combine The Meadows Model with a time-tested IOP milieu that together creates a blueprint for ongoing, successful, and long-term recovery. For over 40 years The Meadows has provided premier behavioral health treatment, addressing the core issues of trauma and addictive diseases. Our Dallas treatment center offers a full range of outpatient services for adults dealing with addiction, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions. Starlite Recovery Center provides an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions to alcohol, opioids, and other substances at two locations in Texas: Kerrville and New Braunfels. This level of care is designed to serve people who can benefit from structured clinical services but do not need full days of treatment or round-the-clock support. Our IOP may be an ideal option for people who need step-down support after completing a residential or inpatient program. Depending on their unique needs, adults may also enter treatment with us directly at the IOP level. Participants attend IOP sessions three hours per day, three days per week. For the convenience of our clients, we offer both morning and evening sessions. Most people remain in the program for about eight weeks. In addition to providing flexibility, our IOP schedule also allows clients to learn new skills and then practice them in real-world situations. When they are not participating in treatment, IOP clients may go to work, attend school, and otherwise engage in a healthy independent lifestyle.

Our clinical team is comprised of licensed substance use disorder counselors and licensed professional counselors (LCDC and LPC) as well as interns. We provide a wide variety of treatment programs that fit an Individual's needs. We believe strongly in individualized treatment. Because of this, we offer a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP) as well as Individual counseling and support groups for adults and adolescents facing emotional difficulties and mental health problems.

Aspire's outpatient program is the Gold standard in Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment programs. This program has been been operating for over 10 years and was the first Accredited Substance abuse program in Lubbock. This program is meets 3 times weekly in the evenings from 6pm-9pm. The program is approximately 8-10 weeks long. We have Educational groups, process groups, Chemical dependency groups, etc etc. Clients are assigned an individual Therapist and they meet weekly. We also have family and couples counseling available. We are in-network with most insurance and our self pay rate is $5200 for the entire program. We also serve pizza on Monday nights.
