At Sobriety Solutions, we provide a combination of therapies; individual, family, and group to meet a client's tailored needs. We offer an individualized, evidence based treatment approach to address individuals and families' unique needs. As a family owned and operated business, we understand addiction may be a family disease, but recovery is a family process. Our vision is to cultivate personal responsibility, promote healthy behavioral habits, and incentivize recovery through a variety of treatment techniques for our clients. We provide our clients with additional services so they have the opportunity to be successful in recovery and personal journey. We provide our clients with further support such as medical services, family therapy, parenting support, job training, and social and legal services as they move towards recovery. Sobriety Solutions was founded by a family who has experienced addiction first-hand and understands the importance of quality care. Sobriety Solutions instills family culture and values into our programs. We offer an individualized treatment setting to create an unique treatment treatment experience. Sobriety Solutions offers an integrated approach using a variety of therapeutic modalities. We use a team approach between the individual, their family, and our clinical team. Our team works collaboratively with the individual to develop an individualized treatment plan which assist the individual in reach their identified goals and objectives. Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group
Sobriety Solutions of Pennslyvania offers a skills based DBT group where individuals are given the opportunity to focus on learning about Dialectics and Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance. We have heard many examples of individuals who have practiced and implemented skills learned and found that they have been helpful and effective in their lives, specifically when it comes to interacting with people whose relationships have value and when needing options to help self soothe when emotionally dysregulated or in emotional distress. Individuals have the opportunity to learn what skills they need most and how to practice these skills for proficiency.
