Sana at Stowe serves clients 18 years of age or older with a primary substance use disorder. Sana takes pride in serving patients with a dual diagnosis of substance use and a mental health condition. Patients must be medically and psychologically appropriate for Sana’s level of care. Our admission team is available 24/7 to discuss if Sana is the right fit for you. Considering the pandemic Sana patients should be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 (proof of vaccination is required prior to arrival). Services We Offer
Sana provides both medically supervised withdrawal management and short-term residential levels of care. Our world-class staff offers medication-assisted treatment and trauma-informed care that integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with the tenets of Nonviolent Communication in a Motivational Enhancement (ME) framework. Our approach is accompanied by traditional skills-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Twelve-Step Facilitation Therapy. The skills-based therapies are supplemented by process groups, expressive therapies and integrative treatments, such as acupuncture and therapeutic massage. contemplative activities (meditation and yoga), and outside activities (pool, tennis court, serenity walking trail). We have a very successful garden-to-table culinary program, and our menu is designed to provide people with delicious, healthy, nutrient-rich foods. This wide array of treatment modalities, coupled with our high staff-to-patient ratio allows us to offer truly personalized and comprehensive care. What Makes Sana Different
