Tower Behavioral Health is a leading provider of inpatient mental health treatment in Reading, Pennsylvania. In our adult inpatient program, we serve patients age 18 and older who are suffering from mental health concerns, including bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, and borderline personality disorder. Our team also treats people who are struggling with addictions to substances such as alcohol, opioids, marijuana, and cocaine. The goal of our adult inpatient program is to help individuals stabilize, learn how to manage their symptoms, and gain a sense of hope for their futures. The typical length of stay in this level of care is between 10 and 14 days but can vary depending on the progress a person makes during treatment. During this time, patients can participate in group therapy, family meetings, and leisure time. Depending on their unique needs, a person’s treatment plan may also include one-on-one meetings with mental health professionals, psychoeducation, and dance/movement therapy.

Row Psychiatric Services IOP offers comprehensive mental health services for and children and adolescents ages 5-13. Our multidisciplinary team will work to meet the specific needs of each child including psychiatric medication management, individual and group psychotherapy, family therapy, and parent psychoeducation. Treatment involves collaboration between the treatment team, the child, and the child's family. Row's IOP supports positive changes while ensuring the integrity of the family unit through preventative, therapeutic intervention. The average length of the program is four weeks. IOP groups are run by mental health therapists, while medications are managed by psychiatric prescribers. The program incorporates evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). For both substance use disorder and mental health clients, we will offer separate programs for each population. For patients who may need medical support during their stay, we offer daily medical care. We can also provide medication management services for people who are taking medications during their time with us. Additionally, patients have the option to begin their time in residential treatment in our detox program, where they can receive nursing and therapeutic support as they withdraw from drugs and alcohol. Cove Forge Behavioral Health offers a residential treatment program for adults in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania. This program treats adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions to alcohol, benzodiazepines, opioids, prescription drugs, and other substances. We also treat adults who have co-occurring mental health concerns such as anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, and depression. Patients live on campus in gender-specific housing and take part in therapies during the day. Patients can enter our residential treatment program directly or as a step-down from an acute inpatient program. Individuals typically remain in our residential program for four weeks, depending on their unique needs and circumstances.
