The Cottages on Mountain Creek, licensed by the state and accredited by the Joint Commission, provides a holistic approach for stabilization and reintegration back into society for adults living with a Mental Health diagnosis (Schizophrenia, Bipolar, OCD, Major Depression and Anxiety, as well as other mental health diagnoses). Programming includes a 24/7 residential treatment program, as well as transitional independent living housing (mental health). We also offer day programming, as well as an out-patient drug and alcohol program (separate program from the mental health program). Additional services include assistance with helping our clients obtain employment.
