We deliver safe, supportive care in several gender-specific units at our facility in the scenic mountains of central Pennsylvania. In our residential rehab program, men who are struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns receive treatment that can help them find purpose and success in recovery. Each man follows a personalized treatment plan that honors his unique needs, strengths, and experiences. Our residential rehab program for men provides effective therapies, including motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. It also includes medical and psychiatric services for patients who may need them. When you take part in our residential rehab program in Allenwood, Pennsylvania, you will likely participate in about six hours of counseling each day, which can include group and individual therapies. You may also take part in experiential therapies and recreational activities that can enhance your treatment experience.

STR Behavioral Health – Lehigh Valley is a premier substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorder outpatient program with a new location coming to Lehigh Valley, PA. For both substance use disorder and mental health clients, we will offer separate programs for each population. Our programs will include partial hospitalization treatment, intensive outpatient treatment (day and night programs), and outpatient care, all with the support of a psychiatric provider, licensed clinicians, and experienced professionals. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options as well as psychiatric medication management will be offered at all levels of care. Our programs are trauma-informed, individualized, and accredited by the Human Rights Campaign as a leader in providing LGBTQ+ services. We take a comprehensive and collaborative approach to care in a comfortable and safe environment prioritizing integrity, connection, and authenticity.

Recovery can be a difficult process often accompanied by feelings of hopelessness and helplessness. Those already dealing with substance use or dependence may not have the coping mechanisms needed to properly heal during this time. At Retreat, we create an individualized program for each patient that focuses on rehabilitating and providing strength to create a solid foundation. We also focus on developing sober support, learning to make changes in daily living to support recovery and living the solution.

Retreat Behavioral Health is a respected provider of substance abuse and mental health treatment. Our behavioral health service centers provide outpatient level care such as IOP, PHP, GOP and individual or group counseling.

Row Psychiatric Services IOP offers comprehensive mental health services for and children and adolescents ages 5-13. Our multidisciplinary team will work to meet the specific needs of each child including psychiatric medication management, individual and group psychotherapy, family therapy, and parent psychoeducation. Treatment involves collaboration between the treatment team, the child, and the child's family. Row's IOP supports positive changes while ensuring the integrity of the family unit through preventative, therapeutic intervention. The average length of the program is four weeks. IOP groups are run by mental health therapists, while medications are managed by psychiatric prescribers. The program incorporates evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). We provide treatment for a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders. We also offer specialized treatment for individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction. The needs of our clients vary widely, and we strive to provide personalized and individualized care to meet their unique needs. Many of our clients require assistance with medication management, therapy, and counseling to address their mental health concerns. Others may require more intensive treatment, such as inpatient hospitalization, to address acute symptoms and prevent the risk of harm to themselves or others.
