ETHOS was founded by three long-time providers of treatment, dedicated to reestablishing individualized care for people and their families who struggle with substance use disorder and/or mental health issues. Our unique Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) include individual counseling, small group therapy and family therapy, which maximizes the potential for long-term, sustainable recovery.

Silver Pines Treatment Center is a premier inpatient treatment center located in the beautiful Pocono Mountain area of Pennsylvania, specializing in primary substance use and co-occurring disorders. Conveniently located near all of Pennsylvania, New York, and Philadelphia’s tri-state area, Silver Pines offers equitable treatment options to a person and their family. We believe in a client being involved in their treatment planning and that because not everybody’s substance use disorder is the same, to assume that everybody’s approach to recovery and wellness will be identical would not be in the client’s best interest. Banyan Delaware provides medical detoxification and residential services for substance use disorders and mental health disorders. These life-saving services treat dual diagnosis cases; people struggling with both alcohol and substance use disorders and mental health disorders. In addition, Banyan Delaware can detox off of methadone and provide residential care for some struggling with medical acuities that might bring complications to finding a facility to accept. We accept patients 24/7 and have a full transportation department to assist in the admission process.

STR Behavioral Health – Lehigh Valley is a premier substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorder outpatient program with a new location coming to Lehigh Valley, PA. For both substance use disorder and mental health clients, we will offer separate programs for each population. Our programs will include partial hospitalization treatment, intensive outpatient treatment (day and night programs), and outpatient care, all with the support of a psychiatric provider, licensed clinicians, and experienced professionals. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options as well as psychiatric medication management will be offered at all levels of care. Our programs are trauma-informed, individualized, and accredited by the Human Rights Campaign as a leader in providing LGBTQ+ services. Water Gap Wellness serves individuals who have a primary mental health diagnosis, substance use disorder or co-occurring disorder.
