Embark Behavioral Health operates an exceptional network of treatment and therapy programs across the United States, including Klamath Falls, Oregon. We specialize in helping children, adolescents, teens, and young adults, struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health and substance use issues. Clients participate in a wide range of evidence-based, clinically grounded activities, including: More traditional forms of individual, group, and family therapy, innovative experiential therapies, and supervised real-world experiences. Following a personal intake evaluation, clients will begin treatment for eating disorders in one of the following levels: * Partial Hospitalization Program/Day Treatment * Intensive Outpatient Program * Outpatient Treatment Each client at Madrone works closely with a primary team comprised of a therapist, dietitian, and psychiatrist. Madrone believes treating the medical, therapeutic, and nutritional issues of each client concurrently provides stronger, more effective recovery. Aftercare services are initiated well before discharge, ensuring that clients have a network of support ready and waiting. Madrone offers both financial and therapeutic case management support, interfacing with insurance companies and the client's home treatment team (primary physician, dietitian, therapist), so each client is able to progress through the continuum of care in the most optimized way.

At Belmont Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), we believe in the effectiveness of MAT in helping people achieve recovery, and we offer this service for adults age 18 and older who are battling addictions to opioids. MAT addresses both the physical and psychological elements of addiction and has proved to yield positive results and long-term recovery. Prescription medication can help keep you comfortable during withdrawal by alleviating symptoms, while therapy sessions can provide an outlet for you to explore underlying reasons for addiction. Your level of commitment to your own personal growth and recovery is an important aspect that we encourage you to consider during your time in treatment. Our clientele includes those who have experienced developmental or systemic trauma, interpersonal abuse, sexual assault, organizational abuse, and/or those who have experienced a single incident trauma such as a car accident or fire. ITTC works well with those who are generally stable in their lives and are ready for the hard work of working through past hurts. Those who may not have responded well to talk therapy alone can incorporate the body and spirit in their recovery process by utilizing trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness and other modalities for treatment incorporating the whole person.

The Firefly Institute provides counseling to support individuals, groups and families across the lifespan. We offer a variety of services including treatment options that are highly specialized such as animal assisted therapies, therapeutic art, play therapy and EMDR. These services are provided by skilled clinicians who have certification in the treatment program they are offering and include telehealth. Haven Counseling Collective is an adolescent and young adult treatment group in Oregon. Our model of recovery is based on connection to others and a space to be seen and heard. Mental health and addiction problems in teens and young adults have historically led to dangerous levels of isolation. We will provide our clients with pro-social skills, wellness practices, resources, self-care skills, and more. Our clients will develop the tools necessary to navigate being a healthy young person in recovery. We make support easily accessible. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is a safe and effective way to treat opioid addiction and has proved to decrease the risk for relapse. At Salem Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), we offer MAT services for adults age 18 and older in a warm, welcoming environment. MAT addresses the mental and physical aspects of opioid addiction through the combined use of prescription medication and counseling services. Medication can keep you comfortable by lessening the symptoms of withdrawal. Methadone clinics typically only offer one type of medication; however, we offer several options, including naltrexone, methadone, Suboxone, and buprenorphine. Our clinicians will determine which medication and dosage to prescribe for you based on your specific needs and the results of an initial assessment you complete prior to beginning treatment.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation provides targeted stimulation of the brain regions involved in mood regulation without the burden of systemic side effects. TMS Therapy is indicated for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in adult patients who have not had positive results with antidepressant medication in the current episode.

Oregon Trail Recovery is a long-term transitional living program. We provide PHP and IOP services which are paired with our sober living homes for those seeking recovery from chemical dependency. We serve men and women ages 18 and up for up to 3 months, and ask for a minimum of a three month verbal commitment. We use a variety of evidenced-based modalities of group and individual therapy, as well as adventure excursions.

Do you have an eating disorder? We offer Free Support Groups, Individual, Marriage and Family Counseling as well as Art Therapy to help with eating disorders of all kinds at our Center. We also offer therapy for issues other than eating disorders such as for problems with anxiety, depression, grief, addictions, sex abuse and for relationship and family difficulties. We are a State Certified Mental Health Clinic and have some of the most experienced therapists in the area, as well as Registered Interns. We also work closely with Psychiatrists, Primary Care Physicians, Registered Dietitians and an Eco-Therapy Center to provide Team Treatment specific to you.

The Center at Heron Hill is an Ecotherapy experience that utilizes nature and animals as well as a full array of activities in the great outdoors to enhance your experience of personal growth and development. We believe that nature is a missing link in customary treatment plans. In contrast to traditional treatment, The Center's goal is to bring the force of nature front and center into the overall treatment plan.

We have made the difficult decision to end our outdoor program operations by April 30th, 2024, and shift our energy toward more accessible options such as residential treatment. Thank you for your support over the years. We have brought healing to over a thousand families since we opened in 2013. We have so many fond memories of the lives saved and improved by the power of our nature-based, relational, trauma informed programming.   Over the last couple of years many barriers came up that limited access to our services, including lack of funding sources, a negative spotlight on outdoor therapy, and Oregon legislation. We recognize that students and families are in need. Our community fought admirably to limit these barriers and bring the highest quality of mental health care to our young people and families.
