Looking for a step down level of care? Midwest Recovery Center offers PHP, IOP and outpatient programming for patients struggling with addiction, alcohol and mental health disorders. We treat co-occurring disorders in which patients suffer from both addiction and mental health disorders like mood or thought disorders. We provide a safe environment and caring staff at our facility. We hope to have the opportunity to help you or your loved one. Typical PHP, Partial Hospitalization, programs are usually 5 days, about 6-8 hours of programming a day and include group and individual group therapy sessions. We have comfortable and spacious group therapy rooms, private offices for our one-on-one therapy sessions with our licensed counselors and providers. Typical IOP, Intensive Outpatient, is 3-4 days a week, about 3-4 hours per day. We offer flexible schedules because we know that many patients are trying to go back to school or find employment and may work during the day time.

Sunset House is FARR Certified, DCF Licensed, Level IV Residential Treatment Program, that is Joint Commission Accredited for Behavioral Health Care Services dedicated to improving our clients unique spiritual and emotional state. We are a supportive transitional living facility that provides care and structure beyond a traditional halfway house. Our on-site clinical staff provide tailored services for men transitioning from an inpatient facility to independent living. We help men 18 years of age and older, who are in recovery from a substance use disorder, and who have at least 30 days of continuous sobriety. Sunset House opened its doors in 1996, and we have helped hundreds of men and their families know a better tomorrow free from drugs and alcohol. Our 34-bed facility on a 1.5 acre campus is in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens, and includes multiple residential buildings as well as laundry facilities, a food pantry, and fitness gym. Life Anew Behavioral Health, Inc. is a Joint Commission accredited (TJC) organization that will provide individuals and/or groups Therapeutic Behavioral Health Services (TBS) and Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Services (CPST) to youth, adolescents, and adults meeting criteria for mental health services. We perform clinical assessments designed to address our clients’ individual service plan (ISP). Located in Rose Garden, San Jose, Evolve’s partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs treat teens and children ages 12-17 with mental health, substance use, dual diagnosis, and/or behavioral issues. Our licensed, specialized staff utilize evidence-based treatments such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), daily group sessions and psychoeducation, individual and family therapy, multifamily groups, and psychiatry. We also integrate therapeutic modalities for addiction recovery, such as Relapse Prevention, DBT for Substance Abuse, 12-Step programs, and SMART Recovery. Many of our adolescents struggle with emotion dysregulation. They may display high-risk, self-harming or suicidal behaviors. DBT is research-proven to help reduce these issues. Montecatini is an outpatient treatment center for adolescent and adult women age 16 and older who are struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring concerns, including addictions and other mental health disorders. Women can access our partial hospitalization program (PHP) as a form of step-down care after residential treatment, or they may enter the PHP directly. Typically, clients remain in our PHP for 30-90 days; however, your precise length of stay will depend on your individual needs. Participants in the PHP usually meet six days per week and may participate in a range of therapies, including evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). In our PHP, clients can also meet with medical staff multiple times each week to receive medical care and may also see a psychiatrist once a week for support with medication management. Our robust group therapy offerings include process groups, expressive arts therapy groups, and groups addressing topics such as discharge planning, self-esteem, and body image.

Montecatini Eating Disorder Treatment Center serves adolescent girls and women ages 16-55 who have eating disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns and addictions. Because we recognize that eating disorders can be complex, we employ a range of treatment modalities, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). For clients who are struggling with co-occurring addictions, we may also incorporate the 12-Step model of recovery into their individualized treatment plan. In our residential program, clients can participate in individual therapy approximately three times per week. Family therapy is also available, and daily group therapy sessions — led by therapists, registered dietitians, nurses, art therapists, and more — give clients the chance to take part in evidence-based therapies, discuss relevant topics, and engage in creative activities, all in a group setting. Clients typically remain in our residential program for 30-60 days depending on their unique needs.
