The DBT/CBT skills are taught in an accepting, non-judgmental, validating environment. The focus is on those who suffer from Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Chronic Pain, PTSD, OCD, Medical Issues causing Psychological Distress, Social Anxiety and those who need Coping Skills. We have three IOPs geared toward Mental Health. Two IOPs are DBT focused, one in the morning and one in the evening. The third IOP is a Health and Wellness IOP focused on those suffering with an acute or chronic Mental Health condition. Looking for a step down level of care? Midwest Recovery Center offers PHP, IOP and outpatient programming for patients struggling with addiction, alcohol and mental health disorders. We treat co-occurring disorders in which patients suffer from both addiction and mental health disorders like mood or thought disorders. We provide a safe environment and caring staff at our facility. We hope to have the opportunity to help you or your loved one. Typical PHP, Partial Hospitalization, programs are usually 5 days, about 6-8 hours of programming a day and include group and individual group therapy sessions. We have comfortable and spacious group therapy rooms, private offices for our one-on-one therapy sessions with our licensed counselors and providers. Typical IOP, Intensive Outpatient, is 3-4 days a week, about 3-4 hours per day. We offer flexible schedules because we know that many patients are trying to go back to school or find employment and may work during the day time.

They want someone who will listen, respect and care for them by holding space and being there alongside them helping to set goals, rather than dictating a course of action.
