We are a therapeutic community whose mission is to offer a supportive environment from which to begin a new way of life... a life way we refer to as "recovery." Milestones follows a "blended" approach to treatment - addressing both the "addictive" and emotional aspects of an eating disorder. Residents attend a full schedule of group and individual activities during the day as well as participate in various support groups during evenings and weekends. Grocery shopping, meal preparation, and "real world" experiences are an integral part of the program.
