Center for Families (CFF), a valued member of the Newport Healthcare family of programs, provides guidance, awareness, and education for families in local communities around mental health and substance use struggles. We lead teens ages 13-17 and families to sustainable healing through a continuum of care that includes our Therapeutic Day Program/PHP, Intensive Outpatient Program, and outpatient services. In CFF’s treatment programs, teens begin to build strong relationships, learn and practice healthy coping skills, grow their personal self-worth, and reestablish trust and communication with themselves and their loved ones. Our approach blends behavioral and medical treatment (integrated care) and provides both clinical and experiential modalities (integrative care). Each of our treatment programs encompasses evidence-based and solutions-focused components. Through support groups, clinical therapy, and psychoeducation, we involve the entire family in the healing journey - creating connection, cultivating compassion, igniting hope, and generating lasting change.

VNCenter is a non-profit org dedicated to enabling individuals with multiple disabilities to live productive and fulfilling lives through an approach that addresses the mind, body, & spirit. Our programs include behavioral health services with a focus on substance abuse and supportive housing for people with cognitive disabilities, and we meet the complex needs of individuals with disabilities seeking treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. Our program is designed for: Those who can benefit from a slower-paced, more individually-focused program. People living with disabilities such as brain injury, developmental disability and/or physical disabilities. Individuals dealing with simultaneous mental illnesses. Those who have had difficulty succeeding in traditional SUD treatment programs or those who have relapsed and need a new approach. Welcome to Hazelden Betty Ford’s nationally recognized addiction and mental health treatment center for teens and young adults (ages 12-25), specializing in comprehensive residential and outpatient care for co-occurring disorders. Substance abuse issues can be complex to diagnose and treat in adolescence/young adulthood, especially when other mental health challenges like depression, anxiety or ADHD are also in the picture. For example, symptoms of depression can become more severe with substance use and, vice versa, substance use issues can intensify as depression worsens. At Hazelden Betty Ford, multidisciplinary care teams—psychiatrists, nurses, mental health therapists, addiction counselors—work in concert to develop each patient’s personalized treatment plan and effectively address all the complexities, all together. Unlike most other teen/young adult dual diagnosis rehab centers, our psychiatrists, medical staff and counselors are on site to provide continuous care and address needs as they arise. And, as a national center for behavioral health, we offer services and support for your whole family’s well-being because we understand that families heal and grow best together.

Since 2002, MHS has provided intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy services for individuals with significant difficulties in daily functioning. Many of our clients struggle with severe depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse, relationship problems and safety issues that require ongoing monitoring and treatment. Our programs can be an alternative to frequent hospitalizations by providing skills training and support designed to manage emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and crises while remaining safe in the community.
