Care Crossings is an agency that provides Substance Use Services. Our licensed professionals are able to provide flexible scheduling, allowing you to continue with your everyday lives. Our same-day assessments, as well as flexible treatment schedules, allow individuals and families to receive what they need when they need it. Care Crossings provide intervention, prevention, education, assessment, treatment, and both short and long-term Substance Use Counseling. We partner with community providers, working hand in hand to provide Medication-Assisted Treatments, Mental Health, Peer Recovery, and Sober Housing.

When you’ve been suffering from an addiction, taking time away from your regular routines to participate in a residential program can make a positive difference for your recovery. At Burkwood Treatment Center, we strive to set the standard for residential addiction care by delivering a premier rehab program for adults age 18 and older. Our residential rehab program has many unique features that may set it apart from other programs. These include a counselor-to-client ratio of 1-to-8, a dedicated recovery curriculum called the Way of Life System, and staff members who specialize in delivering focused treatment modalities, including Making Alcoholics Anonymous Easier (MAAEZ) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). In our residential program, adults who have a variety of addictions and co-occurring mental health concerns spend around six weeks receiving personalized care at our facility. Our average length of stay is 39 days, and clients receive customized support to plan for their ongoing recovery needs when residential treatment ends.

Our model of care is based on the simple idea that the whole person needs to be nurtured in order to foster healing. We believe that the traditional system often lacks true integration between physical, mental, and spiritual health — and does not take into account the importance of how we care for ourselves and our relationships. This disconnect can make it harder to move toward wellness in mind and body since traditional approaches may come at the “problem” from a narrow perspective. This can lead to missing many other powerful and relevant factors that could be contributing to suffering with illness — whether in body or mind. Hazelden Betty Ford, a national nonprofit organization founded in 1949, helps people reclaim their lives from the disease of addiction. Our multidisciplinary teams create personalized treatment plans utilizing proven educational, clinical, and peer-based methods, and our campus offers a safe and supportive environment, free from judgment and stigmatization. Our programs include integrated mental health services for co-occurring mental health issues. Detox is on-site and special programs for opioid addiction with medication assisted treatment also available. Upon completion of residential treatment, an individualized care plan will guide your next steps in healing and lifelong recovery.

PrairieCare provides each individual patient the psychiatric care truly needed with specialized psychiatric services for all ages. Our comprehensive care includes Inpatient Hospitalization focused on safety and stabilization, to address acute health and safety concerns; Residential Services for youth ages 10 to 18, with an average length of stay between two and four months; Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive crisis stabilization, specialized psychiatric assessment, and intensive therapeutic services; Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offering programming four or five days per week, with psychoeducation and group sessions; and Clinic/Outpatient Clinic Services providing specialized psychotherapy, psychiatry, medication management, and evaluation. We also have Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy services at our Edina and Woodbury locations near Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Elite Recovery offers Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) treatment to adult men/male and adult women/female identifying and adult LGBTQIA+ struggling with substance use and mental health issues. Elite Recovery, LLC is offering individual and group treatment services 100% in person. Virtual access will be considered on a case by case basis. Our programs include behavioral health services with a focus on substance abuse and supportive housing for people with cognitive disabilities, and we meet the complex needs of individuals with disabilities seeking treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. Our program is designed for: Those who can benefit from a slower-paced, more individually-focused program. People living with disabilities such as brain injury, developmental disability and/or physical disabilities. Individuals dealing with simultaneous mental illnesses. At our Maple Grove clinic we specialize in evidence-based care for adults as well as treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions.

Rogers Behavioral Health's Minneapolis area clinic offers highly specialized partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care for adults, adolescents, and children struggling with OCD and anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, eating disorders, mental health and addiction, and trauma/PTSD. All patients have access to a board-certified psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary team of mental health experts. Rogers Connect Care is a telehealth treatment option offered in IL, MN, TN, and WI.
