Many of our clients struggle with severe depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse, relationship problems and safety issues that require ongoing monitoring and treatment. By working closely with patients and families, our multidisciplinary teams, led by board-certified psychiatrists, develop a personalized treatment plan with clinically effective therapies for addiction, depression and other mood disorders, eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, and trauma recovery. We use an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that helps kids return to healthy, stable and productive lives. Our whole-body approach promotes adequate nutrition, sleep, exercise and especially time in the outdoors. Using telehealth, we continue to provide individual therapy for youth and adults, family therapy sessions, intensive programming – including group therapy – and medication management.
