When you’ve been suffering from an addiction, taking time away from your regular routines to participate in a residential program can make a positive difference for your recovery. At Burkwood Treatment Center, we strive to set the standard for residential addiction care by delivering a premier rehab program for adults age 18 and older. Our residential rehab program has many unique features that may set it apart from other programs. These include a counselor-to-client ratio of 1-to-8, a dedicated recovery curriculum called the Way of Life System, and staff members who specialize in delivering focused treatment modalities, including Making Alcoholics Anonymous Easier (MAAEZ) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). In our residential program, adults who have a variety of addictions and co-occurring mental health concerns spend around six weeks receiving personalized care at our facility.
