At Mind, Body, and Soul Therapy & Counseling we see clients of all ages (from 4- late adulthood). We love serving our community and are a safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
We offer a wide array of treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, ADHD treatment, mindfulness, trauma informed care, and person centered approaches. We offer family therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), couples/ marriage counseling, individual, and group therapy.
While working with clients to navigate life’s challenges, we believe that it is essential to cultivate a safe and nonjudgmental environment for you to collaborate and manifest authenticity. Our approach to psychotherapy is integrative and based on the unique needs of each individual client. We find that it is our therapist’s compassion, energy, and creativity that helps clients identify tools to make the changes they wish to see in their lives. We will work together in a supportive space to process emotional experiences, cognitions, and patterns.
