The Wayne State University Psychology Clinic provides a vast array of services to the metro Detroit area. Within a safe, confidential, and professional environment, a variety of clinical services are offered for children, adolescents, and adults. We are able to provide comprehensive psychological assessments to help identify and provide recommendations for ADHD, trauma, learning disabilities, behavioral problems, and personal and relationship difficulties. Life Skills Village is a premiere comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation and mental health program. We specialize in challenges, symptoms, and/or behaviors arising from Neurological and Psychological disorders. Our patients seek help in treating feelings of isolation, impulsivity, memory issues, disorganization, feeling stuck, lack of independence, career stagnancy, inability to maintain employment, depression... and other difficult conditions. Using evidenced based practices, Life Skills Village works with patients to overcome issues relative to specific personal goals and needs. Modalities of treatment include Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and more. Communicare Michigan, LLC is dedicated to providing brain injury survivors, post trauma and individuals with other neurological impairments the skills and supports necessary to attain their highest level of functioning and quality of life in a supportive, community environment.

Our Rapid 4-Day Opiate Detox Procedure is for patients addicted or dependent on heroin, pills, Suboxone, Methadone, and Fentanyl and Kratom. Day 1- patient completes intake paperwork, lab work, physical & psychological exam. We include a private room, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, WIFI and all meals are included. Day 2- patient is taken to the ICU, under the care of Award Winning, Board Certified Anesthesiologist & Addiction Specialist, Dr. Julia Aharonov. The patient receives IV Sedation and sleeps through withdrawals while closely monitored by the nursing staff. After the opiate reversal, the patient receives an FDA Approved Vivitrol® injection. Day 3- The patient comes back to their private room with 24-hour medical staff, and rests and recuperates for the day. If they experience any post-acute withdrawals, they are given non-addictive medications and receives those medications to take home. The next morning, after meeting with Dr. Aharonov, they are free to go home. Once your detox is complete, you are eligible for our detox-related aftercare. Financing is available.
