Bronson Behavioral Health Hospital provides a premier inpatient program for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concerns and co-occurring addictions. We offer intensive support in a safe setting for people who have acute symptoms of a variety of behavioral health concerns. These concerns include depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, self-harm, and psychosis. When you participate in our quality behavioral healthcare programming, you will follow a customized treatment plan, which our staff will create for you based on your unique needs and therapeutic goals. Additionally, when you participate in adult inpatient treatment, you will have the support of a multidisciplinary team of professionals. At our hospital, your care team can include psychiatrists, social workers, counselors, registered nurses, a psychologist, and other experts and program staff. The typical length of stay in our adult inpatient program is about five to seven days, though your actual length of stay may vary depending on your needs and the progress you make during treatment.

Life Skills Village is a premiere comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation and mental health program. We specialize in challenges, symptoms, and/or behaviors arising from Neurological and Psychological disorders. Our patients seek help in treating feelings of isolation, impulsivity, memory issues, disorganization, feeling stuck, lack of independence, career stagnancy, inability to maintain employment, depression... and other difficult conditions. Using evidenced based practices, Life Skills Village works with patients to overcome issues relative to specific personal goals and needs. Modalities of treatment include Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and more. We additionally offer Psychological and Neuropsychological Evaluations to aid in accurate diagnoses and identification of appropriate treatment recommendations.

At Samaritas, we offer a continuum of care to individuals who are struggling with substance use disorders. Individuals who may struggle with alcohol or substances and want positive supports can request an SUD assessment. The assessment will help to determine the best approach to help solve their areas of concern. Samaritas offers SUD assessments, case mangement, recovery coaching, individual therapy, group therapy and medicated assisted treatment.

The Wayne State University Psychology Clinic provides a vast array of services to the metro Detroit area. The Outpatient Center has flexible, innovative, individualized recovery programs for those with work, child care, school, or other obligations. Outpatient treatment allows for continuing everyday activities while integrating effective strategies to manage recovery. Sanford Outpatient Center is a great place to gather for treatment and community support. A psychiatrist-led multidisciplinary team of medical and clinical professionals backs all our programs. Programs and services include medical and psychiatric assessments, medical detox, day programs (PHP), half-day programs (IOP only 3 hours a day 3 days a week), outpatient groups, medication management & MAT, post-acute detox, alums & family support, and supportive living. Our Rapid 4-Day Opiate Detox Procedure is for patients addicted or dependent on heroin, pills, Suboxone, Methadone, and Fentanyl and Kratom. Day 1- patient completes intake paperwork, lab work, physical & psychological exam. We include a private room, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, WIFI and all meals are included. Day 2- patient is taken to the ICU, under the care of Award Winning, Board Certified Anesthesiologist & Addiction Specialist, Dr. Julia Aharonov. The patient receives IV Sedation and sleeps through withdrawals while closely monitored by the nursing staff. After the opiate reversal, the patient receives an FDA Approved Vivitrol® injection. Day 3- The patient comes back to their private room with 24-hour medical staff, and rests and recuperates for the day. If they experience any post-acute withdrawals, they are given non-addictive medications and receives those medications to take home. The next morning, after meeting with Dr. Aharonov, they are free to go home. Once your detox is complete, you are eligible for our detox-related aftercare. Financing is available.
