River's Bend PC is a full-service outpatient clinic that has been serving children, adolescents and adults for over 25 years. River's Bend PC provides its cost-effective behavioral health treatment in an outpatient setting. Our overall goal is to stabilize and maximize each client's well-being through the use of brief psychotherapy and appropriate psychotropic medications, if needed, in a dignified and respectful way.River's Bend PC is centrally located in the Troy area. Our Rapid 4-Day Opiate Detox Procedure is for patients addicted or dependent on heroin, pills, Suboxone, Methadone, and Fentanyl and Kratom. Day 1- patient completes intake paperwork, lab work, physical & psychological exam. We include a private room, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, WIFI and all meals are included. Day 2- patient is taken to the ICU, under the care of Award Winning, Board Certified Anesthesiologist & Addiction Specialist, Dr. Julia Aharonov. The patient receives IV Sedation and sleeps through withdrawals while closely monitored by the nursing staff. After the opiate reversal, the patient receives an FDA Approved Vivitrol® injection. Day 3- The patient comes back to their private room with 24-hour medical staff, and rests and recuperates for the day. If they experience any post-acute withdrawals, they are given non-addictive medications and receives those medications to take home. The next morning, after meeting with Dr. Aharonov, they are free to go home. Once your detox is complete, you are eligible for our detox-related aftercare. Financing is available.

At StoneCrest Center, we offer an adolescent inpatient program for youths ages 12-17 who have mental health concerns and co-occurring addictions. Because young people are going through developmental changes, we believe that the most effective behavioral healthcare is age-specific. We strive to provide developmentally appropriate treatments and services that meet each young person where they are in their healing journey. During their time in our inpatient program, adolescent patients can participate in therapy sessions led by social workers and activity therapists. In group therapy sessions, youths get the chance to meet their peers and share support and encouragement. In these sessions, they can also receive education on topics such as trauma, coping skills, self-esteem, and healthy boundaries. Additionally, adolescent patients whose treatment plans include medication can receive daily medication management services from psychiatrists and nurses.
