We are currently open to new clients across West Michigan for Outpatient Counseling, Psychiatry Services, and Substance Use Services. We serve all ages - ranging from children as young as 5 years old to teenagers to adults. At Wedgwood, we aim to serve and meet the needs of “anyone who walks through our doors” - whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, PTSD, or other mental or behavioral health challenges. We are a trauma-informed group working in a multi-disciplinary team setting to better serve our community's needs. Northbrook Psychological Clinic prides itself on being able to offer clients timely, effective, and ethical treatment for a variety of psychological issues. We provide a sliding fee scale for those individuals who do not have or do not wish to use their insurance for these services. We value the confidentiality and privacy of all clients and will carry this respect into the community. We have several Licensed Psychologists and Social Workers in the office. Our mission is to provide the highest quality mental health treatment. Our office has multiple mental health therapists who work along side our physician guided medical team to provide psychological services and medical care together. We also offer psychological and neuropsychological evaluations through our doctorate level neuropsychologists who can perform testing to further understand diagnosis and brain function. Home of New Vision provides outpatient therapeutic approaches to individuals addressing mental health and substance use disorders in a warm, welcoming environment that puts the needs of the client first. Therapists are trained in the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders and utilize a client centered approach which drives the goals of the clients seen. Individuals work with their therapist to create a client-centered treatment plan and achieve the goals identified by the client. Along with outpatient clinical services, Home of New Vision offers wrap-around services which includes Recovery Peer Coaches and Case Managers which help clients remove barriers and move towards empowerment. Home of New Vision has licensed psychiatrists on staff to address medication needs for clients that are currently in services.

Sanford Outpatient Center for Addiction Treatment is conveniently located 12 minutes from Greater Grand Rapids, in Marne, Michigan. We offer substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health treatment to adults 18 or older. Programs are offered in person or via telehealth. The Outpatient Center has flexible, innovative, individualized recovery programs for those with work, child care, school, or other obligations. Outpatient treatment allows for continuing everyday activities while integrating effective strategies to manage recovery. Sanford Outpatient Center is a great place to gather for treatment and community support. A psychiatrist-led multidisciplinary team of medical and clinical professionals backs all our programs. Programs and services include medical and psychiatric assessments, medical detox, day programs (PHP), half-day programs (IOP only 3 hours a day 3 days a week), outpatient groups, medication management & MAT, post-acute detox, alums & family support, and supportive living. Our facility is comfortable and beautiful, with custom furniture, original artwork, a beverage station, the Sanford Café, a discreet entrance, and free parking.

Sanford Behavioral Health is a residential and outpatient addiction, mental health, and eating disorder treatment center in Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our newest facility, Sanford West Behavioral Health Campus, is 12 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids in Marne, Michigan. Bronson Behavioral Health Hospital provides a premier inpatient program for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concerns and co-occurring addictions. We offer intensive support in a safe setting for people who have acute symptoms of a variety of behavioral health concerns. These concerns include depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, self-harm, and psychosis. When you participate in our quality behavioral healthcare programming, you will follow a customized treatment plan, which our staff will create for you based on your unique needs and therapeutic goals. Additionally, when you participate in adult inpatient treatment, you will have the support of a multidisciplinary team of professionals. At our hospital, your care team can include psychiatrists, social workers, counselors, registered nurses, a psychologist, and other experts and program staff.
