Second-to provide a drug-free intensive outpatient program which empowers and supports an individual's purposeful decision to choose a lifestyle free of self-destructive behaviors. We employ a "Whole Person" approach in order to educate an individual on how to achieve the best expression of their Mind, Body and Spirit. Our program is a unique, non-drug treatment center dedicated to caring for each individual with dignity, in a effort to guide them to a healthy and drug free rest of their lives and move beyond underlying problems to true and complete recovery. Working out of 6 offices around the Metro Detroit area, We are a Mental & Physical Health service that offers Mental Therapy to exercise the mind and if requested we have Fitness Training to exercise the body. We put an emphasis on pregnant & postpartum mothers by offering monthly mommy fitness classes and monthly mommy discussion circles to help prevent or relieve postpartum depression. Our newest facility, Sanford West Behavioral Health Campus, is 12 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids in Marne, Michigan. Sanford West is well positioned to treat high acuity patients with an integrated, individualized approach to treatment, Our programs are backed by a psychiatrist-led multi-disciplinary team of medical and clinical professionals, and most of our programs are available in person or via telehealth. Our continuum of care includes Detox; Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization ( day programs or PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (half-day programs or IOP); Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Medical Management; Outpatient Programs; and one-on-one and family counseling. At Samaritas, we offer a continuum of care to individuals who are struggling with substance use disorders. Individuals who may struggle with alcohol or substances and want positive supports can request an SUD assessment. The assessment will help to determine the best approach to help solve their areas of concern. Bronson Behavioral Health Hospital provides a premier inpatient program for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concerns and co-occurring addictions. We offer intensive support in a safe setting for people who have acute symptoms of a variety of behavioral health concerns. These concerns include depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, self-harm, and psychosis. When you participate in our quality behavioral healthcare programming, you will follow a customized treatment plan, which our staff will create for you based on your unique needs and therapeutic goals. Additionally, when you participate in adult inpatient treatment, you will have the support of a multidisciplinary team of professionals. At our hospital, your care team can include psychiatrists, social workers, counselors, registered nurses, a psychologist, and other experts and program staff. The typical length of stay in our adult inpatient program is about five to seven days, though your actual length of stay may vary depending on your needs and the progress you make during treatment.

The Outpatient Center has flexible, innovative, individualized recovery programs for those with work, child care, school, or other obligations. Outpatient treatment allows for continuing everyday activities while integrating effective strategies to manage recovery. Sanford Outpatient Center is a great place to gather for treatment and community support. A psychiatrist-led multidisciplinary team of medical and clinical professionals backs all our programs. Programs and services include medical and psychiatric assessments, medical detox, day programs (PHP), half-day programs (IOP only 3 hours a day 3 days a week), outpatient groups, medication management & MAT, post-acute detox, alums & family support, and supportive living. Our facility is comfortable and beautiful, with custom furniture, original artwork, a beverage station, the Sanford Café, a discreet entrance, and free parking.
