Leading By Example provides outpatient mental health services to children, adults, and families. LBE provides individual therapy, medication management, psychiatric rehabilitation services (PRP), therapeutic behavioral services (TBS) and targeted case management (TCM) in Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Harford County.
