Logos IOP uses a comprehensive range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address the needs of our members. Here's how we tailor our approach: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) We utilize CBT techniques to help individuals recognize and adjust negative thought patterns, fostering healthier behaviors and emotional responses. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is effective for managing intense emotions and improving interpersonal relationships. It combines mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Trauma-Informed Practices ensures that we create a safe and supportive environment for those who have experienced trauma. Adventure-Based Counseling allows engagement in experiential challenges to promote personal growth, build resilience, and enhance self-awareness. Our flexible approach also includes one-on-one sessions to address specific needs, group therapy for peer support and skill-building, and family sessions to strengthen relationships and communication.
