Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Group and Individual Therapy to treat Drug and Alcohol Addiction. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is tailored to assess the client’s needs and build a clinical program that supports the individual’s goals. This level of care gives clients the tools and the opportunity for practical application – to build strength and confidence in their sobriety. We offer Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) to treat addiction, mental health, and dual diagnosis. Some clients may be better suited to starting at the PHP level of care and then transitioning to IOP, dependent on the client’s needs and history. We have a variety of individual, group, and family addiction therapy programs customizable to the needs of each individual and their family. Our therapists are licensed, master-level clinicians and trained in various treatment modalities. Our holistic philosophy combines clinical therapies and life-skills programming. We work with most private insurance providers to help offset the majority of the out-of-pocket treatment cost. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Structured Day Treatment for Drug and Alcohol Addiction. Custom curriculum with a comprehensive approach. At Lighthouse Recovery, we believe that the PHP level of care should give our clients a foundation to build a successful and fulfilling life. It is a highly-focused program with groups meeting five days a week, 6 hours a day, alongside individual therapy and psychiatric support. We offer a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to treat addiction, mental health, and dual diagnosis via an integrative and custom-designed curriculum. The program lasts for four weeks and consists of 30 hours of programming per week plus psychiatric support. Once clients complete the PHP program, most step down to the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care; unless clients are already living in a structured and supportive environment, we would generally recommend Sober Living while attending PHP for valid 24/7, wraparound care. The Sober Living program is designed for those in early sobriety who need structure and support during the transition back to independence. We focus heavily on building curated communities, fostering peer support, life-skills training, a variety of group programming, and clinical therapies. Our sober living homes are also pretty nice, too – take a look for yourself. Most residents who complete our sober living program achieve lasting sobriety. We attribute this in part to our “progress-based” approach. Each resident has individualized goals and milestones, allowing each person to rebuild confidence and autonomy in a timeframe that works best for them. Lighthouse Recovery operates at a one-to-three staff-to-client ratio, the highest of any sober living program we’ve seen. Our approach is hyper-individualized so each resident and their family can get the necessary care. Our spacious houses are packed with amenities, sleep no more than eight people per house, and are designed to foster an environment that residents look forward to spending time in. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our flexible programming allows clients to continue living at home, work or attend school and still receive the therapeutic support they need. The average Intensive Outpatient Program lasts twelve weeks and combines three Group Therapy sessions and one Individual Therapy session per week. We offer night groups for those with busier schedules. We employ staff specializing in a wide range of modalities, allowing us to provide a more comprehensive approach. Our curriculum is not an off-the-shelf model; it’s been designed entirely in-house, from scratch, using our team’s decades of cumulative experience.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
At Lighthouse, we’ve constantly challenged the industry norms. We believe that group therapy alongside 30 other persons is not therapy – it’s a lecture at best. For this reason, we cap our group size at eight persons. This allows us to build better community, transparency, accountability, and trust amongst staff and clients. Our programming is highly-structured for individuals who need to build confidence in their sobriety. We’ll provide you with the necessary tools, support, knowledge, and, most importantly, real-world application. The Partial Hospitalization level of care includes a once-per-week meeting with our Psychiatrist.
