A Healing and Life Empowerment Center
At the Life Changer Center, we provide services for teens, their families, and individuals who are going through life transitions and are experiencing Stress/Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Relationships, Trauma, and Grief. We provide individual therapy and specialize in group therapy for teen girls, women, and men. Girl Power Circle
A support group for teen girls to develop confident and resilient girls. We equip our girls to become changer-makers within themselves, their families, and their communities. To complement the support group, each girl engages in a personal development plan of self-care and academic success: life skills and family engagement. Young Adults Circle
A Support group for young adults between the ages of 20-25. This support group is designed to support and empower them through their life transitions. Clients will have the opportunity to develop a SOAR Road Map in the following eight of the following areas of their lives: Health, Finance, Spiritual Walk, Relationships, Self-Care, Career/Training, Personal Development, and Love/Romance. Narrative Therapy is a critical component of this practice. Clients will be engaged in journal writing as they share their stories and journey toward the next best version of themselves.
