Belmont Behavioral Health System offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adolescents ages 13-17 who are struggling with a variety of behavioral health concerns. In our PHP, young people can learn to effectively manage their symptoms so that they can begin to function better in their daily lives. This program can be beneficial for individuals who are stepping down from inpatient treatment and still require intensive services but do not need 24/7 supervision. Patients typically remain in the program for two to three weeks, though the length of treatment can vary depending on the needs of each individual. Those in the PHP take part in treatment five days a week for five to six hours a day. During this time, they receive focused care from a dedicated team of professionals. Our staff works closely with each patient to better understand their needs and how we can best support them on their healing journey. Through our premier outpatient services, adolescents can improve their confidence and resiliency and learn skills that promote long-term well-being.

STR Behavioral Health – Lehigh Valley is a premier substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorder outpatient program with a new location coming to Lehigh Valley, PA. For both substance use disorder and mental health clients, we will offer separate programs for each population. Our programs will include partial hospitalization treatment, intensive outpatient treatment (day and night programs), and outpatient care, all with the support of a psychiatric provider, licensed clinicians, and experienced professionals. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options as well as psychiatric medication management will be offered at all levels of care. Our programs are trauma-informed, individualized, and accredited by the Human Rights Campaign as a leader in providing LGBTQ+ services. We take a comprehensive and collaborative approach to care in a comfortable and safe environment prioritizing integrity, connection, and authenticity.

Clearbrook's substance abuse treatment program is centered on the belief that alcoholism and chemical dependency is a primary disease. Thus, our approach to treatment is utilizing the Minnesota Model, or otherwise known as the abstinence model, as well as incorporating the 12-step model of recovery into treatment goals and aftercare planning.

Avenues Recovery Center at Bucks is a community-based, residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services. This facility partners exclusively with Crosswalk Sober Living – a collection of luxurious sober living homes – to give clients the opportunity to engage in treatment while residing in a beautiful domestic setting with 24/7 supervision and care.
