Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
Located in Sebastopol, California, Azure Acres Recovery Center offers comprehensive outpatient services that include a partial hospitalization program (PHP). Our PHP is available for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders. This level of care may be especially beneficial for people who do not require 24/7 monitoring but need structured treatment to achieve their wellness goals. Clients may enter the program directly or by stepping down from a higher level of care. The PHP meets Monday-Saturday for six hours each day. While the typical length of participation is 14-30 days, the actual program duration is determined on an individual basis. Interventions and techniques utilized at this level of care may include dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, recovery support groups, psychoeducational groups, art therapy, yoga, and recreational activities. In the PHP, clients have the opportunity to establish a solid support network and learn practical coping skills that they can implement in everyday situations. Adult Intensive Outpatient Program
At our locations in Sebastopol and Sacramento, California, we offer an intensive outpatient program (IOP) as part of our flexible outpatient services. Adults age 18 and older who are battling addictions can begin treatment in the IOP or enter the program as a step-down to a less restrictive level of care. The IOP can be an ideal treatment option for people who need to continue fulfilling their daily obligations while also participating in life-changing addiction treatment services. For an average of 90 days, IOP clients attend treatment for four days each week. During this time, they may participate in a range of therapeutic modalities that can help them improve their overall quality of life. Each client follows an individualized treatment plan that may include individual therapy and group sessions. Led by counselors, therapists, and nurses, group sessions provide clients with a safe space where they can discuss topics such as relapse prevention, coping skills, self-esteem, and Seeking Safety. In both therapeutic settings, clients can work toward personal growth and improve their ability to communicate and manage emotional triggers. Our Treatment Center
