We are a trauma informed practice that treats trauma and the associated complexities such as addiction and mental health with a variety of narrative approaches such as EMDR, DBT and CBT. We also believe in healing the whole person. We utilize breathwork and yoga in a mindfulness framework. Currently we offer individual and intensive outpatient therapies. Next Steps
