FAIR offers multiple treatment interventions such as individual therapy, family therapy, intensive outpatient programs for adolescents (ages 13-18) and young adults (ages 18-30). EQ Perspectives is a multi-level mental health facility. We offer partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) as well as therapy and medication management. Our programs are designed for patients who find that once a week therapy is not enough. Our patients are often struggling in many areas of life: school, work, socially or relationally. They are in need of a structured daily program. We will assess each patient to determine the level of care needed. We treat adults and adolescents with mood and anxiety disorders. We also have a dual diagnosis program which focuses on mental health and co-occuring substance abuse problems.

The Ascension Center for Mental Health (formerly Alexian Brothers) in Arlington Heights, offers an array of outpatient services.Individual therapy is available for children, adolescents and adults, including couples and family therapy. Other services include medication management with a psychiatrist, case management services, vocational rehabilitation, supported education and transitional and supportive living arrangements. In addition, for those whose symptoms are increasing, we offer an alternative to an in-patient hospitalization. Our Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Program consists of a small group program daily from 9-3 for approximately three weeks, individual therapy and medication evaluation and monitoring.
