Evolve Treatment Centers supports adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, addiction, and/or behavioral issues. Evolve Vanalden is a Comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Residential Treatment Center: the first of its kind in California and one of only a handful in the country. DBT is an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to help reduce emotion dysregulation, self-harming behavior, and/or suicidal ideation. We treat teens diagnosed with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, addiction, or other issues. Evolve's robust clinical program includes individual and family therapy (at least five scheduled 1-hour sessions a week), DBT Skills Training Groups (4 times a week), and skills coaching (24/7). Teens learn and practice the four core skills of DBT: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. At Evolve, we don't just learn DBT, we live it. With the help of our specialized staff, teens practice and apply their DBT skills at all opportunities throughout the day.

Calo Programs offers residential treatment for adolescents and teens that is uniquely focused and specially equipped to treat students and families impacted by traumatic experiences which occurred in the developmental period, such as adoption, chronic stress, and inconsistent care from caregivers. These adolescents struggle to be in healthy relationship with family and peers, experience emotional dysregulation, and often fail to maintain safe behavior in school or at home. With a foundational focus on safety and creating repetitive experiences of co-regulation through relationship, our students begin the journey towards developing a healthy sense of self. Our Rapid 4-Day Opiate Detox Procedure is for patients addicted or dependent on heroin, pills, Suboxone, Methadone, and Fentanyl and Kratom. Day 1- patient completes intake paperwork, lab work, physical & psychological exam. We include a private room, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, WIFI and all meals are included. Day 2- patient is taken to the ICU, under the care of Award Winning, Board Certified Anesthesiologist & Addiction Specialist, Dr. Julia Aharonov. The patient receives IV Sedation and sleeps through withdrawals while closely monitored by the nursing staff. After the opiate reversal, the patient receives an FDA Approved Vivitrol® injection. Day 3- The patient comes back to their private room with 24-hour medical staff, and rests and recuperates for the day. If they experience any post-acute withdrawals, they are given non-addictive medications and receives those medications to take home. The next morning, after meeting with Dr. Aharonov, they are free to go home. Once your detox is complete, you are eligible for our detox-related aftercare. Financing is available.
