Who We Are
Hope's Destiny is an Outpatient Treatment Center for Teens and Adults struggling with Mental Health or Substance Use issues. Our multidisciplinary team includes a diverse mix of licensed counselors, recovery specialists, psychiatric practitioners and holistic therapists. We understand that reaching out for help can be overwhelming and scary. All you need to do is pick up the phone and make one call; we will take the lead from there. With one call, you'll be welcomed into a warm, supportive and non-judgmental environment that fosters self-confidence, resilience and hope. We are committed to helping you regain control and embark on a journey towards a healthier, happier life. What We Do
At Hope's Destiny, we believe every individual is unique. We create individualized treatment plans to address the complex and varying nature of Mental Health, Substance Use, and Co-occurring Disorders. Our PHP and IOP programs offer flexibility and autonomy not found at a residential level of care, while still providing access to invaluable and intensive medical and therapeutic support. Through a rigorous and clinically driven assessment process, our treatment team will determine an appropriate level of care to best meet your needs. If we are not the best fit we will find a program that is. Our group therapy is focused on building healthy and effective coping skills and utilizes a range of proven evidence-based trauma-informed methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Internal Family Systems as well as Comprehensive Individualized Treatment Planning, Life Skills Reintegration and Medication Management. Through mindfulness practices and expressive therapies, our clients build a strong mind-body connection, which is fundamental to a healthy, meaningful and productive life. How We Can Help

Each program at Hope's Destiny includes a Multidisciplinary Treatment Team, Comprehensive Discharge Planning, and Clinician-led Alumni and Family Support Groups.
