At Hooked on Hope, treating clients suffering from mental health issues is our passion. Through our program components of individual therapy, group therapy, medical services, case management services, holistic treatments and aftercare, we ensure to provide our clients with as much support as possible as they heal. Our services include three levels of care: Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient treatment. The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Hooked on Hope is the most intensive route of outpatient treatment offered at our drug and alcohol treatment center. A structured rehab program offered 5 days a week ensures that our clients receive the support they need navigate everyday life. This is an intensive, comprehensive, short-term treatment program with concentrated care to manage acute symptoms. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed as a step-down from our Partial Hospitalization Program. As you or your loved one progresses in treatment, the commitment required to attend drug and alcohol treatment services decreases. This rehab program provides intensive therapy 3 to 5 days a week, based on the individualized needs of the client. The Outpatient Program (OP) at Hope Harbor Wellness provides continued support at our lowest level of care. Those in our Outpatient Program will have first completed our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Why Us?
