12 Week Therapy Group based on IFS
This group can help those who feel isolated and ashamed of their disordered eating. At HHC, we believe healing can happen while being in a safe space with caring people. After a time in individual therapy, many clients are ready to enter a small group where they feel comfortable and can grow with the other group members. Through consistent and compassionate connection, there is often an emerging of awareness, vitality, joy, creativity, and co-creativity. This healing journey can help you become a more joyful presence in the world where you can give the gifts you were born to give — thus creating a meaningful life.
