Common issues addressed include, but are not limited to, mood instability, stress, anxiety, depression, disorganized thinking, trauma, co-occurring addictions, and gender dysphoria. Participants attend group therapy sessions, meet with a clinician for individual counseling and case management needs, and a psychiatric prescriber for medication management. For all of the PHPs at Arbour-HRI Hospital, breakfast and lunch are provided as a part of the program. As well, participants can be supported in securing transportation within a ten-mile radius to and from the program. Requests for transportation services must be made after the initial intake.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is an entirely new approach to treating patients with major depression who have failed to respond, or unable to use traditional medication.
