The foundation of our programming is our team of compassionate and highly experienced behavioral healthcare professionals. The Newport staff is comprised of the best mental health leaders in the country, surrounding each client with 360-degree care. Because Newport’s philosophy of care views family as central to long-term, sustainable healing, the groundbreaking Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) methodology is also a central component of our approach. ABFT is proven to be successful in addressing adolescent and young adult suicidality by repairing ruptures in the parent-child relationship. At The Refuge, A Healing Place, we provide residential programming for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders, eating disorders, and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and self-harming behaviors. Treatment in our adult residential program typically lasts a minimum of 30 days, but a client's unique needs and circumstances determine their actual length of stay. Clients in residential treatment receive personalized care to aid in their healing journeys. Treatment is delivered by an expert team that is comprised of counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, registered dietitians, medical doctors, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, equine therapists, and certified trauma therapists. Located near Asheville, North Carolina, Brevard is known as “The Land of Waterfalls,” boasting beautiful mountain views and a calm, healing atmosphere. Our two-story, women-only home features a grand, oversized front porch, welcoming common areas and comfortable bedrooms. In addition, outdoor space, including a fire pit, offers opportunities to enjoy the fresh air. Clients participating in our partial hospitalization program (PHP) may reside in condos adjacent to the Tapestry property.

Chattanooga Recovery Center not only offers addiction treatment, but we also offers treatment for primary mental health. Our team has the experience and knowledge to understand that oftentimes, drug and alcohol addiction are intertwined with mental illness. In fact, 1 in 4 adults with a mental illness also have a substance abuse disorder, and some studies show that as many as half of all individuals with drug or alcohol addictions also have a mental disorder of some kind. There are many reasons for this, and because the two are so closely tied together, it’s challenging to treat one issue without treating the other. We have one location in Little Rock, AR - serving youth across the nation for Residential Treatment. Youth Home specializes in the treating emotional and behavioral health in youth ages 12 to 17 from a trauma-informed perspective, using a highly successful Intensive Psychiatric Residential Treatment program. Treatment plans are individualized with lengths of stay typically ranging from 3-7 months. This program is staffed 24/7 by a comprehensive team of professionals and is located on our beautiful, open 52 acre campus. Youth Home also offers specialty tracks within our continuum of care which includes Reactive Attachment Disorder, Safe Solutions, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Problems with Alcohol and/or Drugs. Longbranch Recovery & Wellness is a residential treatment center that combines counseling with physician-managed care for addiction and co-occurring disorders, providing a holistic, compassionate, and intensive therapeutic approach to recovery. Our treatment protocol offers personalized, evidence-based care, focusing on underlying issues like grief, trauma, and PTSD, with a 6:1 clinician-to-client ratio. Residents will have weekly sessions with our psychologist and our psychiatrist, an expert in addiction treatment and integrative medicine. Our approach also includes multiple weekly meetings with your clinician, peer-group therapy sessions, and regular participation in yoga & meditation. We offer educational sessions led by a diverse group of doctors and clinicians and provide speakers from local recovery support groups. Jackson-Feild Behavioral Health Services provides evidence-based intensive therapeutic treatment services for adolescents ages 11 to 17 who have experienced trauma, mental illness and other related issues during their young lives. Our multimodal, uniquely designed trauma focused cognitive behavioral treatment and additional evidence based trauma therapies are especially effective in helping children who have mental illness, personality disorders, emotional intensity disorders and behavioral issues and are victims of physical and/or sexual abuse, neglect and have poor familial relationships.
