Located in Atlanta, Skyland Trail is a nonprofit mental health treatment organization serving adults and teens. Through our residential and day treatment programs, we help our clients grow, recover, and reclaim their lives. In our adult programs, we specialize in treating adults ages 18 and older with bipolar illness, major depression, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and anxiety disorders, as well as patients who have complex diagnoses, such as co-occurring substance abuse, anxiety, or borderline personality disorder. Our treatment team has unique expertise in helping: young adults experiencing their first episode of mental illness, men and women struggling with midlife transitions, people who have limited insight into their mental illness, and individuals who may have physical medical needs in addition to psychiatric needs. In our adolescent programs, we specialize in treating teens ages 14 to 17 struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder.

New View Wellness is a primary mental health facility located in Roswell, GA. We offer both a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for the treatment of mental health disorders. New View consists of fully licensed clinical and medical staff that have a depth of knowledge and experience addressing mood disorders, thought disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, personality disorders, co-occurring substance use disorders, and other various forms of mental illness. The Cottages on Mountain Creek, licensed by the state and accredited by the Joint Commission, provides a holistic approach for stabilization and reintegration back into society for adults living with a Mental Health diagnosis (Schizophrenia, Bipolar, OCD, Major Depression and Anxiety, as well as other mental health diagnoses). The Cottages also has a 4th-year Resident Rotation with the Depart. of Psychiatry of a major Teaching Hospital. Programming includes a 24/7 residential treatment program as well as transitional independent living housing (mental health) which includes case management. We also offer day programming, as well as an out-patient drug and alcohol program (separate program from the mental health program). Additional services include assistance with helping our clients obtain employment. Programming for seniors includes depression and anxiety, Behavioral Health Care and Memory Loss (documented and outcome driven). Individual therapy includes CBT, DBT/RO-DBT, EMDR and PTSD. Located in Dunwoody, GA, Southern Live Oak Wellness is a primary mental health center for adults. Our program, which includes residential and day treatment levels of care, is designed to assist clients in their journey to understand, grow, and recover through symptom management and the development of new life skills. Our program specializes in assisting adults ages 18 and older in working through symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, bipolar, dual diagnosis, and trauma related challenges. Through our comprehensive and integrated approaches including brain mapping, TMS, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT our treatment team carry the expertise to fulfil an array of psychiatric needs.

JCAC offers counseling in office and online. We specialize in play therapy for children, counseling for adolescents & adults, couples therapy, and EMDR trauma counseling. Synapse, LLC is an Intensive Outpatient program designed to address substance use disorders, as well as, substance misuse. The Synapse System is the most advanced, evidence-informed, neuroscientific approach to treatment available on an outpatient basis. Synapse is a unique program in that all services are guided by neuroscience. Therefore, the Synapse System is a blend of traditional evidence based therapies with emerging neuroscientific technologies. Services include individual therapies, group therapies, and family therapy provided by a team of 3 licensed psychologists with approximately 75 years of cumulative experience treating substance use and co-occurring disorders. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is available as appropriate.

The Cottages on Mountain Creek and Bright Path Program provide mental health programming for young adults and seniors. Our main campus is located in Sandy Springs, GA and offers inpatient and outpatient treatment levels of care designed specifically for an individual’s path to recovery (call us for inpatient and independent living monthly rates). Working alongside the client and family, the clinical team creates a treatment plan and aftercare plan geared to reintegrate the client back to their community; ready to live a healthy, engaged, and resilient life. Aftercare plans can include recommendations for outpatient programs, medication management, therapeutic support, community support groups and vocational support. We offer residential treatment in-patient programming, transitional independent living and day programming. We provide programming to young adults 18 and over, as well as to older adults.
