At Eden, we understand the complex challenges faced by adolescent girls struggling with eating disorders and we are here to help you find the strength that exists within to effect change in your life. Our goal is that you leave our program with the tools and ability to create a meaningful life of your own. We have created a safe and secure environment for you to heal in a residential setting. We are fully staffed; 24/7; for the support you will need on your journey. Each home has a small milieu that allows for a targeted approach based on your current needs. This means there will always be multiple staff members available to support your journey.

Since 2002, our wilderness therapy program has helped young people and their families to thrive. We strive to provide a superior, integrated wilderness experience to help all individuals and families define their values and overcome their struggles. Our techniques combine the healing wilderness environment with evidence-based therapeutic approaches that teach individuals and families the skills needed to be aware of and act on their values. Removed from the distractions of daily home life, students experience the abundance of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, where they live 24/7 in nature with other students and our supportive field staff. Here, teens and young adults rediscover their resilience, unearth ways to align with their values, and explore practices that lead to health. Located in the North Georgia and Western North Carolina mountains, Blue Ridge’s licensed outdoor program provides sophisticated clinical treatment in an immersive nomadic wilderness model. Foundational transformation for families occurs through utilizing individualized clinical treatment, together with intensive family-focused support, and whole-body health and wellness.

We have one location in Little Rock, AR - serving youth across the nation for Residential Treatment. Youth Home specializes in the treating emotional and behavioral health in youth ages 12 to 17 from a trauma-informed perspective, using a highly successful Intensive Psychiatric Residential Treatment program. Treatment plans are individualized with lengths of stay typically ranging from 3-7 months. This program is staffed 24/7 by a comprehensive team of professionals and is located on our beautiful, open 52 acre campus. Youth Home also offers specialty tracks within our continuum of care which includes Reactive Attachment Disorder, Safe Solutions, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Problems with Alcohol and/or Drugs. We know that Eating Disorders can also occur alongside other issues, including PTSD, OCD, anxiety, body image struggles, and relationship difficulties. Our approach is client-driven, based on each individual’s needs and our clinicians are trained in a variety of modalities to help you address core struggles. Our Treat to Outcome approach is our commitment to help you overcome your eating disorder and create sustainable success, ending the revolving door of inpatient treatment. We help you develop new ways of thriving through a combination of the best, tried-and-true traditional psychotherapies and applied neuroscience. In addition to individual psychotherapy, family therapy and neurofeedback, our clients work with skilled dietitians and medical staff daily. Experiential opportunities are vital practice to your success and we provide weekly communities activities to help you re-engage in real life settings.
