The outpatient program embodies an integrative model that incorporates evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. Those models are seamlessly blended with complimentary and holistic modalities including Clinical Hypnosis, Mindfulness, and EMDR. In order to ensure that this innovative and highly effective approach is readily available, Spring Gardens Recovery accepts the majority of commercial insurance in addition to Medicaid. Furthermore, programs are offered both onsite and through a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform which expands access to all residents of Florida. The Refuge, A Healing Place is pleased to offer an eating disorder program for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, and orthorexia. This stand-alone treatment program in Ocklawaha, Florida, is designed to help clients address the underlying concerns that are affecting their health, well-being, and ability to pursue recovery. At The Refuge, we provide care for a diverse range of clients, including individuals who may not be accepted into other eating disorder programs due to their complex needs. We are proud to serve members of the LGBTQ+ community, pregnant clients, individuals who need detox, people who have special dietary requirements, and those who have co-occurring mental health concerns. Having an untreated eating disorder can negatively impact every area of someone’s life, and we are committed to helping our clients find lasting healing.

In all of our outpatient programs, we help individuals struggling with addiction and other dual diagnosis issues win their battles. Some of the issues we treat include: Alcohol addiction, Opioid addiction, Meth addiction, and Benzo addiction. In addition, those with co-occurring mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, and trauma disorders will find targeted care and support in our programs. We individualize our programs for each client’s needs and goals. At Centerpointe Counseling and Recovery, we help people to overcome obstacles that interfere with happiness and fulfillment in day to day life. Our expertise is our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for individuals struggling with addiction to alcohol or drugs. We also have a new Mental Health IOP for people that do not have any active substance abuse but are working through some rough areas and need more support that just and hour or two of counseling per week.Both the substance abuse and mental health Intensive Outpatient Program meet 3 days a week 3 hours a day. Our groups are small, average 8 or less clients to provide that individualized attention to meet your needs. Inspire Recovery takes a creative approach in the treatment of substance use. Our program is designed to enrich the emotional health and well-being of our clients while focusing on topics related to the experiences of LGBTQIA addicts and alcoholics. We have a strong mental health program that serves those who live with co-occurring disorders. In addition to evidence-based therapies and relapse prevention, we provide art-based groups, wellness groups, and a life skills program to prepare clients for independent living.

We offer comprehensive Eating Disorder programs at the Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP)levels of care for male and female patients. We individualize care to address the co-existing disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use Disorders, Trauma/PTSD and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders as well as core underlying issues. Each patient works with a multidisciplinary team of highly trained professional staff including a psychiatrist, licensed mental health professionals, and nutrition staff. Our multidisciplinary team addresses the mental, nutritional, emotional and spiritual needs of each person. We work closely with our patients to develop and practice healthy coping skills to replace deeply rooted self-destructive patterns. We are dedicated to go beyond diagnosis and symptom management so that each patient addresses all issues to fully understand their personal recovery needs.

Unfortunately, this can lead to addictions and increased tolerance as people require more of the substance to achieve the same outcomes. When someone suddenly stops using a substance, they may experience a range of uncomfortable, painful, or dangerous effects. It's crucial for individuals in this situation to seek support from qualified medical professionals who can help them manage their withdrawal symptoms safely. Clients typically participate in our detox program for three to seven days before transitioning to our residential treatment program. However, a client’s individual progress, needs, and goals determine their actual length of stay.

We treat clients 18 years of age and older who are suffering from substance use disorders as well as co-occurring disorders. We recognize the needs and experiences of each individual client, and our program was designed with that in mind. It is Summer House's passion to provide a superior substance abuse detox facility, treating adults, suffering from the disease of addiction, alcoholism and/or other chemical dependencies. Summer House has been doing this since 1996. Our detox is a private 24 bed inpatient facility. Psychiatrists, MD's, APNP's, 2 nurses a shift, 24/7,Psychologist, LMHW, LMSW, Addiction Counselors and Behavioral Techs are closely involved in the treatment planning for each patient. We are in network with most major insurance companies.
