Banyan offers residential mental health treatment in a safe and stable environment. Our newly renovated building is conveniently located right off I-95 highway and Glades Road in Boca Raton. We are across from the FAU campus and very easy to get to from Glades Road. Banyan Boca treats mental health disorders, which addresses mood and thought disorders separate from substance use disorders as a primary diagnosis. The program also treats co-occurring disorders in which patients struggle with both substance use disorders and mental health disorders. Medications are administered through a very specific protocol and monitored for the success of symptoms. Located within our building, we have brand new residences, beautifully renovated with modern fixtures and the comforts of home including a recreational room, gourmet cafeteria, lounge areas, state-of-the-art amenities, an outdoor private patio, and more. Clients typically participate in our detox program for three to seven days before transitioning to our residential treatment program. However, a client’s individual progress, needs, and goals determine their actual length of stay.

The Refuge, A Healing Place in Ocklawaha, Florida, provides a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adults age 18 and older who have mental health disorders, eating disorders, and substance use concerns. Our PHP takes place on the same campus as our detoxification and residential treatment programs. However, this treatment program is a stand-alone option, and clients reside in separate housing from those in the residential programs. Clients in our PHP take part in six hours of therapeutic programming seven days a week, for up to 30 days. Many people enter our PHP after completing one of our residential treatment programs, but some enter this level of care directly. During the day, clients participate in therapies to learn more about mental health and addictions, develop valuable coping skills, and set goals for the future. Clients can also enjoy a variety of activities, including yoga, sculpting, ropes courses, and canoeing. Our PHP promotes continued healing and prepares clients for life beyond treatment.
