We conduct evidence-based therapy groups grounded in DBT/CBT skills, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. Clients are assigned a primary therapist with whom they meet weekly. We provide a parent support group every Monday for parents of our clients and extensive parent therapeutic coaching.

Our expert-led parent skills and support groups to provide an understanding, compassionate place for parents to learn and practice parenting effectiveness and self care. Triad's group-based practice was founded upon the fundamental belief that family systems work best in a positive, strength-based approach.
