Grief Recovery Center is a private outpatient mental health counseling practice located in Houston, Texas. Clients include a spectrum of mental health concerns – depression, anxiety, substance use, sexual health in recovery, psychiatric medication management, trauma, interpersonal violence, adjustment to medical problems, and others. Many of our clients have met with stigma and discrimination when they have sought help from other providers. Petoskey Center provides patients with the opportunity to experience intensive treatment without the need for inpatient or residential psychiatric hospitalization. They can continue meeting their responsibilities in their communities while diving more deeply into treatment. Petoskey Center's intensive outpatient program (IOP) gives clients a safe place to (1) explore the reasons behind their psychological struggles; (2) learn and practice new skills for coping, managing, and preventing emotional crises; (3) identify a path forward for their lives; and (4) ​practice implementing real change both in and outside the therapy environment.

The Psychological Services Clinic at University of Houston-Clear Lake is a training clinic for graduate programs in clinical psychology, family therapy, and school psychology. The clinic serves the community by providing sliding-scale mental health services to individuals (adults, teens, and children), families, and couples. Fulshear Treatment to Transition is a program for young adult women struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders and/or trauma. Young women there typically struggle with relationships as well.

Our unique integrated treatment approach uses a multidisciplinary treatment team and a wide range of treatment services to assesses and treat the whole client and their significant others. An individualized treatment plan is customized for each client to address their specific treatment needs. Our treatment team which includes psychologists, psychiatrists, licensed professional and chemical dependency counselors, family and marital therapists, executive, social and life skill coaches, educational diagnostician, reading specialist and a health psychologist are all under the same roof. Members of the team assigned to implement the client's treatment plan collaborate informally and formally in weekly treatment meetings to monitor the client's treatment progress in meeting their treatment goals. Client self-management is the primary treatment goal for each client to ensure that through education and skills training the client understands and is able to take responsibility for managing their mental health issues in partnership with their treatment providers.

Located in Center Point, Texas, Starlite Recovery Center offers residential treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health concerns. Active-duty military members and veterans can benefit from our Operation Liberty program for specialized substance use disorder care. Similarly, first responders can benefit from the Harbor of Hope Program. We also provide services for those who have co-occurring mental health concerns. This treatment level provides people with 24-hour support along with basic medical care and medication management.
