Families On The Line is an outpatient, DBT-adherent practice. Our extensively trained clinicians are dedicated to providing a range of evidence-based treatments to address emotional, behavioral, relational, and lifestyle concerns. High Focus Centers offers two levels of structured outpatient programs to accommodate a variety of needs: partial hospitalization (full-day) and intensive outpatient (half-day).

Outpatient detoxification from alcohol or drugs allows clients to continue fulfilling their professional, educational, and family responsibilities while detoxing from the comfort of their own home. Those interested in outpatient detox are thoroughly assessed by our medical team that specializes in addiction treatment. After undergoing a thorough assessment, clients receive recommendations based upon their unique circumstances and ability to function outside of a medically monitored treatment setting. Outpatient detox is not appropriate for everyone and clients will be thoroughly assessed.

The Hopewell Health IOP for Adolescents program is an Intensive Outpatient Program three hour program (5pm-8pm) four days a week (Monday- Thursday) for adolescents aged 12 to 18 and their families. The IOP format allows the adolescent to live at home and attend their current school while engaging in structured therapeutic activities and services. We work with all adolescents struggling with difficult behaviors such as self-injury, behavioral issues, and suicidal ideation as well as significant mood and anxiety disorders. Because every adolescent is unique, we develop an individualized treatment plan designed to meet the precise needs of each patient and family. While DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is the core of Hopewell Health IOP, we incorporate a number of other treatment modalities, such as integration of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, coaching, yoga, music, and art therapies, and hands-on experiential activities.

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the highest level of care available at RSCT and meets (9am to 1pm M-F). The Day Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) (9 - Noon M-Th) and the Evening IOP (6 - 9 pm M-Th) and PHP afford Clients the ability to continue to work and take care of family responsibilities while engaging in more intensive substance abuse treatment. Treatment is tailored to individualized needs and the range of services includes individual and group therapy; alcohol and drug education; relapse prevention; family therapy and ongoing after-care.

Continuum Recovery Services (CRS) at Continuum of Care consists of 4 levels of residential treatment and care for adults ages 18 and up who are challenged with mental health and potentially co-occurring disorders. Pinnacle Behavioral Health is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents ages 11-18 and young adults ages 18-25. We work with individuals who are struggling with mood and anxiety disorders as well as maladaptive behaviors such as self injury, school refusal, suicidal ideation, defiance, and other destructive behaviors. Our Young Adult program specializes in helping patients balance the demands of academic, social, and professional life. All programs offer intensive DBT didactic skill training, medication management with a Board Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist, individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs of each patient and family, as well as our 24/7 crisis support line. The support line allows patients and families to reach out to familiar clinicians outside of programming hours who can assist them with crisis management to reduce destructive behavior patterns and avoid hospitalization.

Opioid addiction can negatively impact virtually every part of a person’s life. In addition to damaging a person’s physical and mental health, an untreated opioid addiction can also undermine their ability to maintain healthy relationships, make appropriate progress in school or at work, establish financial independence, and otherwise fully engage in a satisfying lifestyle. Thankfully, opioid addiction is a treatable condition. Several decades of research has documented the effectiveness of medication-assisted treatment, or MAT, in helping people end their opioid use and remain in recovery. MAT uses prescription medications that can ease some of the more severe symptoms of opioid withdrawal. These medications allow MAT patients to stop using opioids without experiencing the overwhelming distress that would occur if they tried to end their substance abuse on their own. MAT patients also participate in counseling. The counseling component of MAT addresses the social and behavioral aspects of opioid addiction and recovery. Counseling can help MAT patients understand the root causes of their struggles with opioid addiction and identify triggers that could threaten their recovery.
