The Cottages on Mountain Creek and Bright Path Program provide mental health programming for young adults and seniors. Our main campus is located in Sandy Springs, GA and offers inpatient and outpatient treatment levels of care designed specifically for an individual’s path to recovery (call us for inpatient and independent living monthly rates). Working alongside the client and family, the clinical team creates a treatment plan and aftercare plan geared to reintegrate the client back to their community; ready to live a healthy, engaged, and resilient life. Aftercare plans can include recommendations for outpatient programs, medication management, therapeutic support, community support groups and vocational support. We offer residential treatment in-patient programming, transitional independent living and day programming. We provide programming to young adults 18 and over, as well as to older adults. While we provide an out-patient Drug and Alcohol program, mental health is the primary diagnosis with Drug and Alcohol being the secondary diagnosis. 
Continuity of Care
Our outpatient clinic located in Buckhead, GA, as well as our Sandy Springs location, offers an array of behavioral health services including individual counseling, family counseling, and skills classes for adults and families experiencing mental health challenges. When it comes to mental health, one size does not fit all. Bright Path Program is designed to meet each individual where they are in their path to recovery and wellness and may include these evidence-based therapies: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Psychopharmacology. No disorder has to be primary for our team to provide care. Our program specializes in: Anxiety, Depression Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Schizoaffective. We also offer a Licensed Out-Patient Drug and Alcohol program. However, Mental Health programming is the primary diagnosis with Drug and Alcohol being the secondary diagnosis.
