Common Collab is composed of a team whose empathy and supportiveness knows no bounds. Our goal is to provide each individual who comes through our doors with incredible outpatient treatment services and skillset that will last them a lifetime in their recovery journey. Our staff is comprised of individuals who have experienced the impact of addiction first hand and know how difficult it is to work through the obstacles that feed your addictive behaviors. We have created a carefully designed educational curriculum to help provide our clients with personalized treatment plans, group and individual therapy sessions and medication management if needed. When you come through our doors, you can expect to be greeted by one of our compassionate and understanding team members who will provide you with your intake assessment, personal treatment plan and answer to your questions about how to move forward and what to expect from us. At Commonwealth Collaborative, we provide our clients with a personalized treatment plan that supports individuals you wherever you may be in your recovery journey. Our staff is trained to provide trauma informed care practices to best work with clients who may have underlying traumatic experiences they need to work through. Our team also specializes in dual diagnosis treatment to help address co-occurring mental health disorders and addiction. Additionally, our clinical team is educated in a myriad of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to EMDR, DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing and family support systems and education.
