Imagine by Northpoint is an outpatient mental health treatment center for adolescents ages 13-17 in Ft. Collins, CO. Our treatment consists of a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP). We work with teens that suffer from mental health, co-occuring or behavioral conditions.
