The Cincinnati Anxiety Center uses the best treatments and technologies in mental health and applying them skillfully and compassionately. Our center is a one-stop-shop providing the full continuum of behavioral health services including CBT, ERP, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Ketamine Infusions. When you enter our offices you will find a center committed to the quality of patient care and a space designed to provide comfort, privacy, and convenience. Our clinicians operate from a process-based cognitive behavioral (CBT) orientation, meaning that when you receive services through our center you will be receiving short-term, individualized, practical, and action-oriented therapy in order to help you achieve the best possible outcome. The Cincinnati Anxiety Center is a venture to grant greater access to the best in evidence-based cognitive behavioral and pharmacological treatments for children, adolescents, and adults in Cincinnati. Our vision is to make available effective solutions for the most pressing mental health concerns to everyone who needs them. We are on a journey to create an integrated model of behavioral supports that will increase continuity of care with the goal of transforming the lives of every person that walks through our doors. The Cincinnati Anxiety Center is staffed with team of experts in psychology, psychiatry, outcomes monitoring, and technology. We value the individual expertise of each team member, but the approach at CAC is not about the individual. It is about what happens when a team works together to ensure that each child gets wraparound services and has access to the full combined expertise of the staff. You will be assigned to a treatment team which will be picked based on your individual needs and the strengths of the clinician. From there all staff at CAC will be informed on the case and be able to provide regular feedback to your clinician based on your your progress and needs. Our team-based approach gives us the flexibility to offer you the highest quality of care. You can come to Cincinnati Anxiety Center and know that your mental health needs will be met in full.
